Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of TipHub. They explain what the platform does, what it deliberately does not do, and what you agree to by creating an account.

Last updated 4 September 2026

1. Who we are

TipHub is operated by TipHub Technologies Limited (RC—————), a company registered in Nigeria with its registered office at —————, Lagos, Nigeria. In these terms, "TipHub", "we" and "us" mean that company; "you" means the person using the platform.

By creating an account or otherwise using TipHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the platform.

2. What TipHub is, and what it is not

TipHub is a discovery and performance-verification platform for betting creators. Creators publish booking codes they have generated at a bookmaker. TipHub reads the selections behind those codes, follows them through to settlement, and builds a public performance record for each creator so that you can judge them on results rather than on their own claims.

TipHub is not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, hold stakes, process winnings, or operate any gambling facility. Every bet you place is placed with a licensed bookmaker under that bookmaker's own terms, and your money and your account are entirely a matter between you and them.

We are also not a tipping service and we do not give betting, investment or financial advice. Nothing on TipHub is a recommendation to place any bet.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older. This is a hard requirement and we will close any account we believe belongs to a minor.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and gambling must be lawful for you in the place where you are.
  • You must not be self-excluded from gambling, whether through a bookmaker, a regulator, or a scheme you have entered voluntarily.
  • You may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

4. Your account

Give us accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password private and tell us promptly at hello@tiphub.com.ng if you believe someone else has access to it.

You can sign out of all sessions by changing your password, and you can close your account at any time. Closing an account is explained in our Privacy Policy, which also sets out what we keep afterwards and for how long.

5. What booking-code verification means

When a creator submits a booking code, TipHub reads that code at the relevant bookmaker to confirm it exists and to record the selections, odds and kick-off times attached to it. After the events finish, we read the same code again to record how each selection settled. That record is what produces a creator's published win rate and history.

It is important to understand the limits of this.

The bookmaker is authoritative
What we display is our reading of the bookmaker's data at a point in time. If our record and the bookmaker's record ever disagree, the bookmaker's record governs your bet.
Codes change and expire
Odds move, markets suspend, events are postponed, and booking codes expire. A code that resolved when it was published may load differently, or not at all, by the time you open it.
Verification is not endorsement
Confirming that a code exists and recording how it settled says nothing about whether the bet was sensible or whether it will repeat.
Past results do not predict future ones
A creator's history describes what already happened. It carries no information about what will happen next, and a strong record can be followed by a long losing run.
Coverage varies by bookmaker
Verification and settlement are available only for the bookmakers we currently support, and support can change. Where a code cannot be verified, we say so rather than implying that it was.

6. Bookmakers and third-party sites

TipHub links out to bookmakers so that you can load a code where it was created. Those bookmakers are independent businesses. We do not control their sites, their odds, their settlement decisions, their promotions or their customer service, and we are not responsible for any of it.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of any bookmaker unless a page on this site says so explicitly and by name. Bookmaker names and logos appear on TipHub to identify which bookmaker a booking code belongs to. They remain the property of their owners.

8. What you may not do

  • Use TipHub if you are under 18, or help anyone under 18 to use it.
  • Republish, resell or redistribute paid content, or share your account so that others can read it.
  • Post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that impersonates another person or creator.
  • Claim or imply guaranteed returns, fixed matches, insider information, or that betting is a way to earn an income or clear a debt.
  • Scrape, mirror or bulk-extract the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
  • Use TipHub to launder money, to defraud anyone, or for any other unlawful purpose.

If you see content that breaks these rules, report it from the page it appears on or write to compliance@tiphub.com.ng.

9. Content and intellectual property

TipHub, including its name, design, code and the performance records it produces, belongs to us. You may not copy or reuse it beyond what these terms allow.

Content you post stays yours. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it on and in connection with TipHub, including in promotional material for the platform. Creators should also read the Creator Terms, which set out how performance records are published and how content can be removed.

10. Availability

We do not promise that TipHub will be available without interruption. Features may change or be withdrawn, verification for a particular bookmaker may stop working, and we may take the service down for maintenance. Where a change is significant and we can give notice, we will.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your account is being used fraudulently or by someone under 18. Where it is appropriate and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a route to respond.

You may close your account at any time. Closure does not refund unused paid access, and it does not remove the settled performance record of any code you published as a creator — see the Creator Terms for why.

12. Disclaimers and limits on our liability

TipHub is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the information on it is complete, accurate or current, and specifically we do not warrant that any code will load, that any odds shown are still available, or that any settlement we record is free of error.

We are not liable for gambling losses, in any amount, in any circumstances. Money you stake is staked with a bookmaker at your own decision and your own risk. That is true whether or not you found the code on TipHub, and whether or not the creator who posted it had a strong record.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity. Where we are liable to you, our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and ₦50,000.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give reasonable notice through the platform or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use TipHub after that means you accept the change.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. How we handle personal data is governed by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and set out in our Privacy Policy.
